- You must provide accurate information when requesting a demo or contacting us.
- You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials provided to you (if/when accounts are enabled).
3. Subscriptions, pricing, and payments
Pricing shown on the website may change. Final pricing and plan scope may be confirmed during onboarding or in an order form.
Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable law.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by DentArma or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our permission.
5. Customer data
If/when you use the product with real clinic data, you retain rights to your data. You grant DentArma the right to process your data to provide the Service. Specific data processing terms may be provided in a separate agreement (e.g., DPA).

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
